Amidst one of the most public legal battles this year, singer-songwriter Kesha has decided to sell her Nashville home. The star, who’s currently embroiled in a grueling battle with her longtime music producer, Dr. Luke, listed her Tennessee residence for $1.45 million.

Kesha first listed the home last year at $1.55 million, but the price was subsequently lowered and the house is now in escrow. Purchased in October 2010, the 4,800-square-foot home sits on nearly one acre and holds four bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

The craftsman-inspired home features a unique Zen-contemporary aesthetic with exposed wood beams and stunning Brazilian cherry wood floors. A unique lower-level family room sports a wet bar, a built-in desk area, and a brick-walled wine cellar.

The backyard stuns too with a wide deck spanning the full width of the back of the house, a swimming pool, and plenty of surrounding greenery.

Kesha has sold more than 60 million records worldwide but has found herself in financial trouble due to legal problems. She also recently sold a 1920s Spanish cottage in Venice, California, for $1.8 million.
