While Bentley customers aren’t short on options, especially thanks to its Mulliner workshop, the British luxury brand has added a new variant to its Flying Spur sedan with a new V8 S model.

The Flying Spur V8 S will make its official debut at the 2016 Geneva Auto Show in March and will come up between the Flying Spur V8 and the high-end W12 model.

The 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 of the S model pumps out 521 hp and 502 pound-feet of torque, meaning the S receives a 21-horsepower increase and 15 more pound-feet of torque from the regular V8 model.

The S model still uses an eight-speed automatic transmission, but Bentley adjusted other features such as the electronic stability control, suspension settings, and throttle response to give the ‘S’ its meaning with a “sportier” feel.

After its Geneva debut, Bentley expects the first Flying Spur V8 S models to hit showrooms this summer with pricing falling between the V8 and W12 versions.
