Pagani has created a lighter, quicker, and tougher version of its Huayra supercar, the Huayra BC, and the Italian sports car brand will only produce 20 examples.

The BC keeps the Huayra’s AMG-created twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 engine, but has boosted its output to 789 horsepower—60 more than the stock model with 811 pound-feet of torque. The engine is attached to a seven-speed automatic transmission that uses carbon fiber synchronizers and features a quick-shifting capability.

Pagani also cut the weight of the Huayra BC by 291 pounds from its base model by using a new kind of carbon fiber that’s 50 percent lighter yet 20 percent stronger than the type most cars currently use.

All of these changes mean the BC version will be faster than the already scary-fast Huayra. Performance specs haven’t been released yet; however, the regular Huayra has a zero-to-60 time of 3.3 seconds, so the BC will surely sport wicked acceleration and speed.

Unfortunately all 20 of the $2.5 million BCs have already been purchased, but don’t fret, Pagani has leaked that a convertible version of the Huayra BC is coming soon.
