Few properties are as unique and expansive as Andrew Viterbi’s Rancho Santa Fe, California, estate. The co-founder of wireless giant Qualcomm has just listed his architectural mansion located in a luxurious suburb outside of San Diego for $60 million.

Spanning 33 acres, the property features a beautiful four-bedroom main house measuring in at 20,000 square feet and a stylish two-bedroom guesthouse.

Guy Dreier designed the structural masterpiece which blends bold shapes and smooth curves for a one-of-a-kind home that looks more like a grand museum than a residence. Dreier also designed many of the furniture pieces, which blend seamlessly with the bespoke design. Although the furniture isn’t included in the list price, Viterbi is open to negotiation.

Additionally, the incredible sculptures found on the property—like a 30-foot-high column of dissembled cellos by French artist Arman—are included in the list price.

Other features include a tennis court, sports court, gardens, a grove of around 1,500 lemon trees, and a swimming pool. The home is also powered by solar panels, making the property both sustainable and more affordable.
