Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber are looking to flip the Malibu home they acquired for $6 million nearly a year ago. They are asking $15.45 million. They have since given the property an upgrade, however.

The 5,400-square-foot home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two half-baths. Among the interior upgrades are a gourmet kitchen, a wraparound deck, and a freestanding bathtub and steam shower in the master bedroom.

The home sits on 1.4 acres. The outdoor area also got a facelift with private paths leading to the beach, a courtyard, and a lagoon-style pool.
