McLaren is tapping into the growing Asian luxury car market by introducing a new, restrained version of the 650S.

The 625C has a near-identical body to the 650S but has a bit less power and therefore has a smaller price tag. The car with be offered in both a coupe and convertible design. Both will have a V8 3.8-liter twin-turbo engine that pushes 625 HP.

Despite being toned down, the 625C will go from 0-62 MPH in just 3.1 seconds and 0-124 MPH in 9 seconds and will top out at 204 MPH.

McLaren will roll out the car in Hong Kong and then expand to other Asian countries. Exact pricing details have yet to be announced.
