The co-creator, writer, and executive producer of “Gossip Girl,” Stephanie Savage, has just purchased a Los Angeles-area home for $5.9 million.
The 1920s-built four-bedroom is located in the celebrity-filled Los Feliz neighborhood of Hollywood Hills. Set on nearly one acre, the property holds a 5,000-square-foot main home, and a separate guesthouse on top of the four-car garage.
The interior is modern and minimalist with a number of unique details, including an expansive living room with an original Batchelder tile fireplace, a family room with cork floors, and a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and yellow cabinetry.
Additional features like a children’s playground, a built-in fire pit, a freeform swimming pool and spa, a dry sauna, and large terraces with views of the city and Griffith Park Observatory add an air of opulence and comfort.
Savage, who has owned several other Los Angeles-area properties, has recently been busy writing a number of episodes for the “Dynasty” reprise.
