The Beverly Hills mansion of casino heavyweight Steve Wynn is now tagged at $85 million. The house, which contains eleven bedrooms and at least fifteen baths across 27,150 sq. ft. of interiors and sits on 2.7 acres, was first listed by Wynn in early 2020, tagged at $135 million.

The house was custom built for Guess co-founder Maurice Marciano and completed in 1994. Intended to be a trophy among trophies, the estate’s living style begins with a long, winding driveway. The property’s present owner has tailored its interiors, of course, and as it presently stands the home’s living style is contemporary, chilly, and glitzy — though not quite as glitzy as Wynn’s Las Vegas residence, which he passed on to a new buyer last spring in exchange for $18 million. The floors of the house’s shared spaces are generally finished in figured stone, while ceilings show off backlit tray designs and, in the formal dining room, a diamond pattern. Fireplaces, spotlights, and the occasional crystal chandelier contribute.

The estate’s outdoor living areas are quite diverse. The architecture of the house incorporates a suite of terraces and balconies, and there are several patios around the home. The size of the lot provides the space for a long walking path and a sunken tennis court, as well as a pool and pool house.

Wynn’s net worth is around $3.2 billion, per Forbes.
