With his long-running improvisational gig as the host of The Daily Show nearing its close, quick-witted fellow Trevor Noah has listed his penthouse residence in Manhattan for sale at $12.95 million. It appears that Noah is preparing to light out for horizons new residentially as well as professionally.

The community concerned is the old New York Telephone building in Hell’s Kitchen, converted in 2014 and titled Stella Tower. Noah has owned his condo unit in the development for about five years, according to public records.

The listing indicates that the penthouse’s interiors are the result of a ‘multi-year renovation’. It’s a sophisticated living style, MoMA-inspired and engaging, and details include chevron-pattern oak, floor-to-ceiling glass, industrial and sculptural flourishes, dashes of primary color, and unique designs — the staircase features black treads and supplemental planks that serve as display shelving.

The kitchen of this duplex penthouse is remarkable in and of itself; a waterfall island in strikingly figured natural stone with a bar extension, a soaring bank of cabinets with a monolithic bronze or copper vent hood, a dayroom breakfast spot with yolk-colored chairs, and a pantry. An arcade wall of eight or nine foot archways divides the living room from the kitchen and dayroom, providing definition while also accentuating fluidity. Creature comforts in the home include a screening room and a wet bar.

The property’s outdoor living area is a terrace that measures in at about 1,000 sq. ft. It is outfitted with a plunge pool.
