JJ Redick Relists Brooklyn Penthouse for Reduced $7M

Retired NBA player-turned-analyst JJ Redick relisted his engaging penthouse in the Dumbo district of Brooklyn. Redick initially listed the property late last year, asking $8.5 million. A price cut distinguishes its return to the open market; the 2,973 sq. ft. residence is currently listed at $7 million. The building is a converted warehouse that was converted in 2016.

The herringbone white oak and white lacquer, French moldings and steel-framed glass give the condo unit a clean, refined look and living style; the kitchen adds cabinetry in lacquer, and the rather intense blue is a welcome dash of color that’s soothing, youthful, and just right against the wood and white marble.

The property contains five bedrooms and five baths across its 2,973 sq. ft. of interiors, which are distributed across two levels. There are three suites in the layout, with two upstairs in a side-by-side arrangement. Terrace space adds an additional 2,500 sq. ft. to the total living area.

The condo had been offered as a rental at $30K per month earlier this year.
