Actress Christina Ricci’s renovated New York City townhouse is up for grabs this summer, according to Dirt. The property is a 1901-built three-level semi-detached home in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood. It contains four bedrooms and three baths across two separate units. Ricci, who shot to fame as Wednesday Addams in 1991’s The Addams Family and 1993’s Addams Family Values, tagged the two-family property at $2.4 million.

The lower-level unit, a one-and-one with a partially hidden entrance, is bright, warm, refined and airy by virtue of its open-concept shared living space. The upper-level unit is considerably larger, with two bedrooms and two baths in a duplex layout. The structure has seen numerous updates and improvements during Ricci’s term of ownership, including a new rubber roof.

Details emerging on a tour of the house include multiple fireplaces — including an original red brick unit which appears to be strictly decorative — a mix of older parquet and newer herringbone-pattern floors, bright white paint, built-in bookshelves and, in the upper-unit kitchen, a charmingly petit island.

Outdoor living areas on the property include a private deck with garden access.

Ricci’s current projects include Showtime drama series Yellowjackets.
