Last summer, power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé took an ocean-going vacation aboard Flying Fox. The itinerary concerned ports of call and general turquoise-water meandering in the Mediterranean. The craft that served as the recreational vehicle measures in at 450 feet bow to stern — it was the largest yacht available for charter when the couple took it for a spin late in the season — and launched from German yard and superyacht specialist Lürssen back in 2018.
The consolations of a yachting vacation must’ve appealed to the Grammy-winning pair, as they’ve elected to recreate in the same manner to close out the summer of 2022. This time around, the yacht in question is Faith, a 2017-built boat from esteemed Dutch firm Feadship that sleeps twelve across seven cabins. The yacht measures in at 317 feet and reportedly came with a price tag of $200 million. It is owned by Canadian billionaire Lawrence Stroll.
Faith’s interiors are the work of RWD, a British designer. Elegant and unpretentious, the emphasis is on beige neutrals and satin-, semi-gloss and gloss hardwood. The master stateroom is a positive gem, with a circular skylight and a three-sided rim of windows that opens up the sleeping area to the location du jour.
Amenities on board Faith include a beach club, a gym, a theater, a spa, a fire pit, an elevator, a pool, a pool bar, and a helipad.
Faith reportedly goes for $1.3 million per week and is available via Burgess.
Jay-Z has sold over 140 million records; his studio albums topped the Billboard 200 chart 11 times. His net worth is around $1.3 billion, per Forbes.
Beyoncé has sold over 160 million records. She recently released her seventh album, Renaissance. Just like her previous studio releases, it rocketed to the top of the Billboard 200 chart.
