The Upper East Side two-bedroom condo of television personality Dorinda Medley went to a new owner at the tail end of last month. The 1,200 sq. ft. unit, located in a residential building on East 87th St., changed hands for a few thousand over ask after about three months on the market. The property closed at $2.498 million against a $2.495 million listing price.
The unit’s interior details include fourteen-foot ceilings. Its most recent refresh introduced new plank hardwood into the living spaces, and the galley kitchen is decked out with a marble-capped waterfall island; the dining area is presided over by a small antler chandelier, a touch of character for the staid interiors.
The building is Park Avenue Court, something of a residential landmark in the uptown Carnegie Hill neighborhood as it originally housed Gimbel’s. It features a rooftop deck, a health club with a large swimming pool, and a courtyard.
