The Manhattan residence of actress Amanda Seyfried is new to the open market this month. The star of The Dropout put the Greenwich Village condo up for sale for $3.25 million, according to Dirt. The property contains two bedrooms and two baths across 1,585 sq. ft. of interior living area.

The unit is located in an Emory Roth-designed mid-rise residential building on East 10th. The building was completed in 1928, and converted to condo in the first decade of the century. Alec Baldwin owned multiple units in the building at one time, including the penthouse.

The interiors of Seyfried’s unit are given a whisper of the cosmopolitan by way of Moroccan-inspired lattice overlays on the recessed built-in shelves flanking the living room fireplace. Given a general treatment in a bright shade of off-white that’s just a touch warm, the residence’s living style has buoyant spirit about it; plank oak provides the warmth and texture necessary to keep it down to earth. There’s also a period layer at work in the design, which comes into play most forcefully in the baths.

The building’s amenities list includes an English garden, a 24-hour doorman and a roof terrace.

Seyfried’s upcoming projects include Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room, with Tom Holland and Emmy Rossum.
