The Porsche Panamera will receive a special edition for the 2022 model year. The Platinum Edition of the popular executive sedan is something of a turnkey option for buyers who would order many of the included features a la carte during the ordering process.

Included in the Platinum Edition’s suite of treats is a cosmetic treatment that’s eye-catching around the edges: supporting the baker’s dozen of available paint colors are Satin Platinum-finished 21-inch rims and high gloss black trim. To differentiate the upsell are badged sill plates and seats.

Many of the included options fall into the creature-comfort category — four-zone climate, Bose surround, soft-close doors and 14-way adjustable seats with cooling in front — but there are also performance tweaks. Tops on the list are PASM, which is Porsche Active Suspension Management, and the automaker’s Power Steering Plus option.

Deliveries of the special Panamera are expected in the spring of 2022. Pricing starts at $103,250, with the hybrid variant coming in as priciest with a base sticker of $116,550.
