Los Angeles-area Cape Cod-inspired traditional for $4.6 million, trading up to a 6,500 sq. ft. modern in Brentwood for $9.75 million. Three years later — nearly to the month — finds the Brentwood mansion new to the open market. Buss is looking for $10.95 million to hand over the property to a new owner.
