Phoenix Suns forward Dario Šarić is the new owner of a striking contemporary abode in the Valley of the Sun. The NBA player and Croatian National Team member paid $3.45 million for the recent build, according to Dirt; the factory-and-farmhouse postmodern dwelling went up within months of the closing, making Šarić its first residential owner.

The house contains five bedroom suites and a total of six baths in its 4,627 sq. ft. of interiors. It features a single level opening through optional glass walls to a semi-courtyard living area. The home’s exterior is dressed up with partial timber cladding, and features Scandinavian-inspired interiors that are expressed in natural-finished hardwood, natural light, and space by way of the home’s many vaulted ceilings.

The grounds feature succulent plantings and mature trees and a pool. The property is completed with a partially detached pool house that could be purposed as an art studio or guest space.
