NBA player Tim Hardaway, Jr., recently accepted an offer of $6.75 million for his sleek Miami modern. The Dallas Mavericks player had owned the home for about two and a half years when it closed in October.

The five-bedroom, six-bath build dates to 2018. It’s located in a gated community on a man-made island overlooking Biscayne. The .23-acre property has frontage on Normandy Waterway.

The home’s entry is dressed up with a reflecting pool and a slotted, pergola-like flourish that extends over the front steps and continues to the pivoting front door. Inside, the home is glassy and somewhat austere, with ornament coming in natural textures — the dark-finished hardwood of floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, the sand-blasted marble tile floors — backlit tray ceilings and the landscaping that is visible through the abundant glass.

The house’s 5,239 sq. ft. of interiors include a theater, but this is greater Miami, and the prime amenity is the outdoor living area with elevated pool and summer kitchen; a gas grill, ice maker and fire pit cover food, cocktails and atmosphere of a sultry eve.
