The Los Angeles home of professional hockey player Oleg Tverdovsky returned to the market recently.

Tverdovsky — who is a Stanley Cup champ twice over to date — initially listed the modern-style residence in Bel-Air in 2020. It’s asked as much as $8.975 million during its run on and off the market under Tverdovsky’s ownership tenure, and been offered for rent as well. In the final days of last winter, it was back with an ask $8.888 million, and that’s where the price currently stands.

The 2017-built house sits on a .73-acre lot. Its exterior architecture suggests a stack of three structures, with the upper floors receiving wraparound terraces with solid glass balustrades. It contains five bedrooms and six baths in its 6,112 sq. ft. of interior living space, and a list of amenities that includes a wellness room, a theater, a lounge area with an onyx bar, and a master suite with a fireplace.

This isn’t the first home Tverdovsky has owned in the storied Los Angeles neighborhood. In 2015, he listed his Spanish-style in Bel-Air for $8.5 million, ultimately selling it in the spring of 2016.
