Television personality NeNe Leakes listed her Atlanta-area home this fall for $4 million. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member has owned the Duluth, Georgia, property for about six years; according to public records, she took ownership of the property in the winter of 2015, shortly after it was completed.
The 9,791 sq. ft. mansion features exterior design elements that suggest Tuscan architecture, but overall the amalgam is more generally Riviera-esque in spirit. Inside the house are five bedrooms and six baths across two levels of living space. The floors are given abundant headroom, and a look at the interiors begins with an impression of space granted by the unusually high ceilings.
The interiors are a touch ethereal, with off-white walls and ceilings and glossy white stone tile throughout the shared living spaces.
The great room is the stunner, with a soaring ceiling and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace accent wall driving home the sense of scale. Multiple sets of French doors open to the patio, where a pool with a waterfall feature is the centerpiece. The home’s indoor amenities include a lounge with a full-size bar and a billiards room, a cinema with tiered seating, a massive custom-designed master closet, and a beauty salon.
