In the final days of this past winter, finance whiz Dave Ramsey put his estate in Tennessee up for sale with a $15.45 million asking price. The property closed after a five-month stretch on the market; Ramsey let it go for $10.2 million.

The six-bedroom chateau is located on a 5.05 acre hilltop lot in Franklin, an upscale suburb of Nashville, and accessed via a private gate. It features a stone and stucco exterior with a porte-cochere, and 13,545 sq. ft. of interior living space. An additional 6,000 sq. ft. of outbuildings and outdoor living space, including three garages, adds to the property’s total.

The mansion spans three floors, and boasts a wealth of amenities including an elevator, a series of staircases, five fireplaces, and smart features. The patio and zero-edge pool are positioned for fine views of the local landscape.
