Rockstar Energy Drink founder Russell Weiner is back in South Florida this summer, and in the mood for a judicious addition to his impressive real estate portfolio. The billionaire purchased a pair of connected properties in Miami Beach; the closings totaled $35.1 million.

The purchase includes a 1920-built Mediterranean on 1.9 acres. The estate’s 13,546 sq. ft. of interiors is divided between the main house and guest house and garage, which also includes a theater. There are 10 bedrooms and nine baths across the property, as well as an original boat house. A pool, tennis court, and 560 feet of frontage on the Indian Creek Waterway represent the high-profile outdoor amenities on the estate. The second property adds about 1.5 acres to the estate.

Weiner’s real estate wheelings and dealings in the Sunshine State have been numerous. In the past five years, the beverage billionaire has bought and sold two notable homes in the Miami area. He picked up the first in the summer of 2016, for $19.95 million; the ~9,000 sq. ft. house features 164 feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay, and was listed by Weiner about three years later—with a $35 million ask. The second property was sold to Weiner in the late summer of 2020 by Elin Nordegren for $28.6 million; Weiner flipped it fast, selling it less than two months later for $48.2 million.

Weiner’s net worth is north of $4 billion.
