A charming Malibu beachfront cottage returns to the open market late this summer courtesy of current owner Leonardo DiCaprio. The Academy Award-winning actor initially listed the engaging little residence with an $11 million asking price in September of 2016, before cutting the price to $10 million a few short months later. It is once again tagged at $10 million on the nose.

The home’s 1,765 sq. ft. of interiors begin with an enclosed entry. Its three bedrooms include a second-floor master with a wood-framed sliding glass door that opens onto a private balcony. Below, sliding doors open onto a deck overlooking the water. Among interior spaces, the kitchen gets a blue ribbon for its gray-blue tile, arranged in a herringbone pattern and covering the backplashes and vent hood.

DiCaprio has owned the carbon beach spot since 1998, having purchased it following the success of Titanic. Other homes that have been owned or are currently owned by the actor and are worth a look include a traditional he acquired from Moby in 2018; It hit the market last month with a $5.75 million asking price.

DiCaprio’s upcoming films include Don’t Look Up, with Jennifer Lawrence, Jonah Hill, Tyler Perry, Ron Perlman, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Cate Blanchett and Meryl Streep. He’s also producing Killers of the Flower Moon, which he stars in alongside Robert De Niro.
