An estate in New Mexico is in need of a new owner. The 7,588-acre property is titled Zorro Ranch, and it’s located outside Santa Fe. It is priced at $27.5 million.

The property was owned by Jeffrey Epstein, and follows other Epstein-owned properties to the open market. Epstein’s massive mansion in New York City sold this winter for $51 million; the 28,000 sq. ft. residence, one of the largest in Manhattan, had been priced at $88 million when it reached the market in the summer of 2020. Down south, Epstein’s Palm Beach waterfront home sold late last year; it had been priced at $22 million, and was purchased by a developer interested in demolishing it and building a larger mansion.

The interior living spaces of the main house on Zorro Ranch measure in at 33,339 sq. ft. The house contains a library with extensive built-in bookshelves, with outside living areas including a series of patios and a lengthy loggia.

The property also contains a series of additional structures, including secondary residences: a lodge, a log cabin, and two additional homes located near the property entrance. Also included on the property are a caretaker’s cottage, a greenhouse, equestrian facilities, a yurt, and a fire house with a truck that may or may not be included with the sale.

Recreational amenities on the property include a tennis court.
