The joining of forces of venerable Swiss watchmaking firm Girard-Perregaux and British sports car royalty Aston Martin has yielded fruit. The timepiece uses the famous Girard-Perregaux ‘three flying bridges’ design, merging the horological craftsmanship of the Swiss manufacturer’s history with a striking contemporary look.

The Tourbillon with Three Flying Bridges Aston Martin Edition features the iconic design as the prominent feature of the 44mm watchface. The grade 5 titanium components are given a coating of black DLC — the acronym means diamond-like carbon — and the self-winding mechanism has a power reserve of 60 hours. A black alligator band can be elected, but Aston owners may want to avail themselves of the band option designed to align with the automotive brand.

Production of the Tourbillon with Three Flying Bridges Aston Martin Edition is limited to 18 examples. It is priced at $146K.
