Fashion maven Tommy Hilfiger has sold or marketed a bevy of notable East Coast properties in the last few years, including a mansion in Palm Beach he let go for $35 million in the high summer of 2018, and the historic Greenwich estate called Round Hill, which entered the market late last summer with a $47.5 million asking price and sold this winter for $45 million. Hilfiger’s wild design tour-de-force in Miami-Dade County, which came up for sale in 2017 with a $27.5 million ask, sold this spring for about $28 million, above its recent ask of $24.5 million.

New to Hilfiger’s residential inbox is this more manageable waterfront home in Palm Beach. The ivy-covered 5,047 sq. ft. villa, which closed at $21 million, contains three bedrooms and at least five baths. The home’s interior features include chiseled stone fireplaces, raw timber ceilings, marble and semi-gloss plank hardwood floors, and many an ornamental column. Finer spaces include a semi-arcade hallway with a groin-vaulted ceiling that opens via glass doors to the courtyard, which has a water feature and mature palms as landscaping centerpieces.

The home’s bedrooms include suites that open to large, colorful clay tile terraces with outdoor fireplaces; an elevator services the upper floors. The grounds measure in at .33 acres, including lawns, a putting green, a grill area, and a dock jutting out into the ICW amid the palms.
