It was four years ago and change that the palatial Los Angeles County mansion of Burger queen Lynsi Snyder hit the open market at $19.8 million. Snyder—who took control of California quickie gourmand mainstay In-N-Out, Inc. in 2017—is currently seeking $16.8 million for the estate, which occupies 4.23 acres of level ground east of Pasadena.

The Italianate house works in a few surprises as it unfolds, including a brick barrel ceiling and torch sconces that are roughly seven feet in length. Interesting spaces include the wood-paneled library with its coffered hardwood ceiling, and the master suite’s closet and dressing room, which is at least partially dressed in a coat of lavender paint.

Perhaps the most appealing—and impressive—spaces on the property are the loggias. The extended, covered outdoor living areas collectively span much of the breadth of the home’s winged design, and feature tile floors, lantern pendants, and at least one fireplace along the way.

The property’s interior living space measures in at 18,687 sq. ft., with eleven bedrooms and at least thirteen baths scattered throughout the main house and guest house. Amenities on this resort-style property include a two-hole golf course, a movie theater, a fitness center, a 3,400 sq. ft. recreation area, a pool with a cabana, and regulation basketball and tennis courts.

Snyder’s net worth is estimated at $3.6 billion.
