Houston Rockets center DeMarcus Cousins listed his 20,120 sq. ft. villa in Las Vegas last summer with an asking price of $8 million. The 1.9-acre, ten-bedroom property sold this spring for $7.5 million.

The house is a dazzler, beginning with a porte-cochere entry and concluding with the lavish and massive outdoor living area—as well as a trio of loggias, and large second-floor terraces—that sprawl across the lot in the back of the property.

The interiors feature inlaid stone tile floors, ornamental columns, and hand-grooved hardwood. A solarium breakfast room, catering-ready kitchen with curved counter and bar, and a living room with a carved stone fireplace and soaring, two-story bank of windows are among the standouts.

The house is outfitted with at least twelve baths, as well as a wellness spa and gym. A billiards room with full bar, indoor basketball court, media room, Crestron smart controls, home theatre, master suite with spa bath, and resort-style pool area with waterfalls and adjacent guest house are among the home’s amenities.
