A Palm Beach property comes to the open market courtesy of the Trump family. The current owners are Eric and Donald Junior. The pair purchased the property in 2018 from their aunt Maryanne, according to public records, for $18.5 million.

Three years later and the oceanfront mansion is asking $49 million, a testament to the demand for Palm Beach real estate. The property was floated as a $100K rental in the summer of 2018. Its previous owner, Maryanne Trump Barry, listed it in late 2017 for $23.9 million.

The mansion contains eight bedrooms and eleven baths across 10,000 sq. ft. of interior living space. Details include a sweeping staircase, stone floors, crown moldings, and cottage and Caribbean design elements, with bright, beachy pattern wallpaper and a breezy decorative sensibility. The open-air solarium is the heart of the home; the master suite boasts a private balcony.

Amenities include a library, an oceanfront pool and sunlounge, and a large beachfront terrace.
