Sylvester Stallone has been making headlines in the real estate news lately.

Just before the high holidays, the action star picked up an estate in Palm Beach anchored by a remarkably effective Old Florida-style mansion; the 13,250 sq. ft. home features Colonial Caribbean architecture and sits on a palm-dotted lot with 250 feet of beach frontage. At $34 million, the purchase closing made for a legendary Christmas present.

In Stallone’s real estate outbox is the estate that has been his primary residence for well over two decades. The property occupies four acres in Beverly Hills, and first appeared in the news about a week ago with a price tag north of $100 million.

A few days later and the ask of the Beverly Park retreat has been definitively set at $110 million; an open market listing is up with a few interior photos that are worth a look even to those without the equity to be the property’s next owner. Character portraits from Rocky and Nighthawks partially adorn one wall of the family/entertainment room.

The main house contains six bedrooms and at least nine baths; the property’s 21,000 sq. ft. of interiors includes a two-bedroom guest house designed by Richard Landry. The outside living areas are anchored by a large patio and an infinity pool.

Stallone’s upcoming films, Samaritan and The Suicide Squad, are expected to be released in June and August, respectively.
