In the high summer of 2019, NFL-MLB crossover star Tim Tebow invested $3 million in a new house in Jacksonville, Florida. A little less than a year later, the professional athlete listed his former home in the city, asking $1.695 million for this farmhouse in the same neighborhood. The property sold this week, closing at $1.395 million.

The house is a 6,525 sq. ft. affair with five bedrooms and five baths. Its exterior features include a first floor clad in red brick and a covered porch supported by a series of columns. Inside, the home boasts rustic elements borrowed from American and European traditions, including a stone fireplace with a simple floating hardwood mantel, a red brick cooking alcove in the kitchen and an arched red brick accent wall, and oak plank floors.

Amenities in this house include a media room, games room, butler’s pantry, a sunroom with a brick floor and a wet bar, and an owner’s suite with a spa bath. Outside, a screened lanai with a summer kitchen, a pergola-capped living area, and a fire lounge occupy the .73 acres of grounds.
