Fast and Furious star Paul Walker had amassed a sizable auto collection by the time he was killed in a car crash in 2013. One of his prized cars is going to auction soon. It’s a Shelby Cobra from 1965, and it’s slated to go under the gavel courtesy of Mecum, and its current owner, in the late winter.

The 427 Cobra CSX1000—which is one of 14 produced—features a paint job in Rosso Corsa. If that color sounds familiar, it’s because it is the signature paint color of Ferrari. Additionally, the interior is dressed in the saddle leather tan of classic Ferrari cabin schemes. The car is designated FAM, a cute little acronym that indicates ‘Ferrari’s Ass is Mine’; the subtitle highlights the not-so-playful track competition between Ferrari and Shelby.

The Cobra features a matching-numbers Shelby 427 FE aluminum 468/550-horsepower V8 engine and a Tremec TK0600 5-speed manual gearbox. A driver’s roll bar, an original-style steering wheel, custom carpeting, and FAM badging inside and out are a few other details of this example.

The Shelby 427 Cobra FAM will be auctioned in Glendale between March 18 and 20.
