Rapper Birdman’s Miami Beach mansion first hit the market in the late spring of 2017 priced at $20 million; a series of price cuts left the ask at $12.990 million three years later. The house sold this summer for just over half its original asking price: $10.85 million.

The Palm Island mansion’s interiors span a whopping 20,000 sq. ft. The living style is palatial, with soaring cathedral ceilings and abundant space for guests—the home contains ten bedrooms, most if not all with private balconies, and at least ten baths.

Amenities in the house include a recording studio, natch, as well as a pair of wine cellars, a screening room, a billiards room with a bar, and a den with a fireplace. The grounds extend to about seven-tenths of an acre, with a pool and patio overlooking the water, and a summer kitchen, bar, and lounge completing the party-ready ambience.

In addition to his career as a rapper, Birdman is the co-founder of Cash Money Records, one of the most successful record labels in hip-hop. It has reportedly sold over one billion units.
