Robert Conrad’s late modern in Malibu sold this summer. According to public records, the actor or his estate had owned the property for just about ten years to the month when it fetched $5.1 million in July. Conrad, who was best known for his lead role in the fantasy western series ‘The Wild Wild West’, passed away this winter.

The house, which dates to 1980, looks out over the ocean from its location; the back of it features glass walls and a second-floor balcony for taking in the views. The interiors feature semi-gloss plank hardwood and industrial-inspired design elements.

The shared living space boasts a soaring double-height ceiling, a second-floor catwalk, a fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open onto the pool and patio. The house is designed in a master-plus-guest-room layout, so the owner’s suite receives a large chunk of the square footage, and includes a private terrace. A games room and a gym are among the home’s other indoor amenities; outside, a volleyball court and a saltwater pool and spa help fill out the nearly .75-acre lot.
