NFL star Adrian Peterson relisted his estate in The Woodlands, Texas, this month for a dramatically reduced price. The ask of $4.5 million represents a loss—Peterson paid about $5 million for the place in 2013—and is a far cry from the $8.5 million he was hoping for when he first put the property up for sale in June of 2016.
The house was built in 2004. It extends to over 10,500 square feet, and is designed in the Chateau style. It contains seven bedrooms and nine baths. The interiors feature exposed brick, plank oak, dark hardwood paneling, crown moldings, and ornamental columns.
The property’s list of amenities is a long one. A two-story library and a guest apartment with private entrance top the list. The lot extends to nearly nine acres, with groomed landscaping, a paver drive and motor court, and gates with brick pilasters standing sentry streetside.
