Billionaire casino and hotel owner Steve Wynn listed his trophy estate in Beverly Hills this month. Wynn would like $135 million for the property, which is crowned with a 27,000-square-foot, three-level main house that contains 11 bedrooms and 16 baths.

The property is nestled into a hillside, with lush landscaping framing the mansion and providing it with an extraordinary degree of privacy. The home’s interiors are exceedingly sophisticated, and all details—from the staircase balustrade to the design of the marble fireplace surround—strike the first-time visitor as results of very careful consideration.

It’s also an intensely atmospheric house, with warm and cool tones, wood accents, and abundant LED-backlit ceiling tray accents creating a living style that is creatively inspiring. Amenities include a large formal dining room—adjacent, beyond a perpendicular plane of glass, to its outdoor counterpart—a very large home theater with tiered seating and Bel Air Circuit distribution membership, a reception room with wet bar, a media room, an elevator, a wine room, a spa, a gym, and an internal generator plant.

The grounds extend to 2.7 acres. There are extensive staff and security accommodations on the property, as well as a covered lanai, a pool and spa area with sunlounge, a tennis court, and a long, romantic driveway that acts as a considerable preamble and decompression facility upon homecoming.

Wynn is an avid art collector. In 2013, he sold Picasso’s Le Reve to billionaire Steven Cohen for $155 million.

Wynn’s net worth is north of $3 billion.
