Ten-time NBA All Star Carmelo Anthony listed a condo in Manhattan this month for $12.85 million. The property is located in Chelsea.

The building went up in 2014, the work of Tamarkin Company. It is situated about a block from the Hudson, and right next to the High Line elevated park. Views from Anthony’s unit—one of just 15 in the atmospheric, intimate building—are excellent.

With 4,556 square feet of interior living space, the residence is the largest in the building. It is accessible via a private elevator. Its layout is thoughtful, dividing private and shared spaces by a wide margin, which gives the large unit both superb potential for entertaining, and comfortably secluded, quiet accommodations. There are five bedrooms and four baths in all, with the master boasting a spa bath and his-and-hers dressing rooms.

The kitchen is the glossiest room in the condo, a flashy mix of burnished brass, Calacatta marble, and custom walnut cabinetry. But the living room’s array of casement windows, white oak floors, and park views give it a living style that is refined, down to earth, and contemporary New York in feel. A private balcony looks out over the High Line.

Anthony has spent the bulk of his professional career with the Denver Nuggets and the New York Knicks. He signed with Portland in November of last year.
