Motoryacht IRA is on the market. This 42-meter yacht features a stylized interior with five cabins. She saw a major refit last year and is enticingly priced at €10.45 million.
The 140’ craft built by Baglietto Shipyard in 2009 features a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. The exterior is contemporary—graceful but forceful, with a very liberated flybridge prominently featured, and a fair amount of glass.
The interior of IRA—by design firm Art-Line—is contemporary, and conceptual. The feel is very open, and the living spaces owe more to a modern house than nautical tradition. The salon features spectacular wood accents, as well as a series of textures and patterns; unusual touches include ‘fragmented’ mirror insets and sculptural elements. The galley is wide open, bright, and comfortable, with custom cabinetry and catering-ready cooking and prep areas.
IRA can accommodate ten people in its five staterooms, with berthing for up to nine crew members on this bespoke motoryacht.
Last year’s refit of IRA included the replacement and improvement of key components and spaces. The flybridge received a reorientation toward the popular ‘Beach Club’ layout, and comfort while underway is enhanced by the upgraded larger stabilizer fins. A new generator and a full engine service by CAT bring this motoryacht to superb, ready-to-sail condition for this season.
