Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller‘s new limited edition “Encrypto”wristwatch earns the designation as the first functional Bitcoin watch. Designers at Franck Muller partnered with cryptocurrency trading company Regal Assets to develop the multifunctional timepiece.

The watch’s styling blends modern and youthful with traditional appeal. The innovative design features a 45mm tonneau case with the gleaming Bitcoin logo and a QR code front and center on the dial. A unique public address etched on the dial, in addition to a USB with a private key, giving the watch hack-proof security. Users can check their cryptocurrency balance and add Bitcoin to their wallet using the dial.

Available starting at $9,800, Franck Muller’s new “Encrypto” timepiece is limited to 500 examples per model. There are designs for both men and women available.
