Former NBA star and current Georgetown University head coach Patrick Ewing has made his New Jersey mansion available to lease for $25,000 per month.

The Hall of Famer purchased the Cresskill residence for $6.35 million in 2007. In the past several years, he has listed the luxurious manse for sale several times over; the price has steadily decreased from an initial ask of $7 million, and last registered at $4.8 million, but the home remains stubbornly unsold.

The residence has undergone a number of high-end updates in the interim, though. Potential renters will surely be drawn to the new countertops, updated closets, and the impressive addition of a movie theater and a basketball court.

Beyond the new additions, the 10,524-square-foot, seven-bedroom manse boasts a number of original features, including a double-height family room with a wall of windows, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, and an elevator.

Future residents will also enjoy the broad variety of amenities in the home, including a gym, a rec room with a wet bar, and a media room. The lush, wooded backyard is ultra-private and ideal for relaxation thanks to a lagoon-style swimming pool and spa.
