Tech mogul Andy Rubin just reduced the asking price on his Silicon Valley mansion to $27.9 million.

Rubin—co-creator of Google’s Android OS—originally listed his Bay Area estate for $34.6 million. The expansive gated estate features a 6,000-square-foot main home, as well as an entertainment pavilion, a two-bedroom guesthouse, and extensive grounds: the lot measures 6.4 acres.

The six-bedroom main residence is clad with high-end features like soaring ceilings, beautiful exposed beams, timeless wood accents, and an abundance of oversize windows. Its interior design style employs a great deal of wood detailing, and achieves a refined, modern aesthetic with contemporary cues and an emphasis on pattern.

The vaulted living room is the heart of the home. It features skylights, massive modern light fixtures, an imposing stone fireplace accent wall, and glass French doors leading outside. An additional stand-out space is the rounded solarium room, a bright and charming space with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and window array looking out to the lush property.

The property has its own vineyard. Other exterior features include plenty of mature trees, gardens, a clay tennis court, a treehouse, and a swimming pool.
