Here’s the story, of a lovely—beach house? actor Barry Williams is looking to move on from his Malibu retreat for $6.375 million, and begin a new chapter.
Built in 1974, the three-bedroom Malibu Cove Colony oceanfront is elevated right above the sand and boasts breathtaking views of the water. It spans 2,808 square feet, and has a classically idyllic Malibu vibe: it welcomes with a combination living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The most impressive space is the living room, which features a giant stone fireplace and a wall of glass windows looking out onto the water. From the two-story living room, the future owner can wander right out to the waterfront deck. The spacious kitchen also stands out, with white cabinetry, dark countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island giving it a familiarly easygoing feel.
Upstairs, the master suite gets a vaulted ceiling, wood cladding, spa bathroom with series clerestories, and a private beachfront balcony.
Williams—who is best known for his role as Greg Brady on the hit family sitcom “The Brady Bunch” —signed aboard the Brady reprise, which will appear later this year on HGTV.
