NBA fan favorite Steph Curry is set to take a loss on his North Carolina home. The relist finds the house available for $1.19 million.

The Golden State Warriors player and his wife Ayesha picked up the Waxhaw property for $1.275 million back in 2011. The pair initially listed the property last year for $1.5 million, but it failed to find the right buyer. But the recently reduced European-style mansion might already be faring better in the market: the property recently went into contingent sale status.

Spanning 7,650 square feet, the luxurious home features a grand foyer, beautiful wood floors, and exposed beams. The main living and dining space is wide-open and inviting, with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and plenty of large windows.

Complete with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and three half-baths, there’s plenty of room for family or friends to fit comfortably. The master suite is fully fleshed out for a professional young couple, with a wet bar, office, high-end bath, and terrace access.

The home also includes a media room, a home theater with another wet bar, and a wine cellar. Outside, the lush lawn is certainly big enough to fit a pool if the future buyer is so inclined.

Curry is a six-time NBA All-Star and two-time NBA MVP.
