Paramount Pictures Chief Operating Officer Andrew Gumpert appears to have sold his Los Angeles-area home listed for $2.575 million. Gumpert purchased the Tarzana residence for $2.75 million in 2006.

The Mediterranean-style house is located in the Mulholland Park community. It’s a bright and airy home of 6,399-square feet, with interiors that are dominated by a grand two-story foyer with dual staircases and a generously-proportioned great room, also with a double-height ceiling. Multiple clerestories and fanlights brighten and expand.

The modern, two-island kitchen is finished with dark cabinetry and white marble, and flows to a breakfast nook and a family room with a fireplace, wet bar and French doors leading to a covered patio; a little breakfast room features a second set of French doors.

The five bedrooms and seven baths culminate in a master suite with a private sitting area and a third fireplace. Outside, entertainment-friendly amenities include a fire pit, grill, lounge space, and a swimming pool.

Gumpert has been COO of Paramount for about two years. He joined the company after jumping ship from Sony.
