TV host Natalie Morales recently picked up a suitably rustic Vail condo for $3.525 million.

The “Access Hollywood” host and her husband’s three-bedroom, three-bath residence spans 1,454 square feet, and recently underwent a remodel. It’s located in the high-end Lodge at Vail Hotel near the scenic Gondola One, and is a perfect mountain getaway from the hustle and bustle of L.A. life.

Built in 1969, the charming condominium features a classic alpine vibe with plenty of wood accents and a huge sandstone fireplace in the living room. Beyond the compact but updated kitchen, there is a built-in dining space perfect for enjoying a meal after a long day out in the snow. But the real story here is timber, and lots of it. Mostly left raw, it sheathes the home in the kind of warmth that gives wintertime its most comforting context.

As new residents, Morales and her husband will enjoy access to two restaurants, a bar, a swimming pool, hot tubs, and, of course, a ski area. The couple’s condo is also near popular Vail Village.
