Super Bowl Champion turned analyst Hines Ward has made his palatial Atlanta estate available to lease for $50,000 per month.

The former wide receiver has attempted to sell his Georgia megamansion several times since 2012. After its first listing for $7.5 million, the ask has slowly been reduced; it now stands at $5 million. The home is still listed as available for purchase.

Spanning 16,000 square feet, the eight-bedroom mansion takes inspiration from W Hotel designs, and was completely custom designed for Ward. Potential lessees or buyers will benefit from the variety of high-end amenities, and interested future residents will likely be drawn to the home’s cohesive contemporary style.

Extra-large living spaces with high-end features make the home ideal for entertaining friends and family, and the formal living room stands out with a double-height statement-making fireplace. Further inside, the kitchen opens up to a breakfast nook and an additional living space also accented with a fireplace.

The luxury living continues with a theater room, a spacious media room accented with a full bar, a trophy room, and an elevator. The layout contains two decked-out master suites.

Outside, resort-style living is sustained by an expansive outdoor living space complete with a basketball court, an outdoor kitchen and bar, a grotto, a cabana, a swimming pool, and a spa.

Ward spent fourteen seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was MVP of Super Bowl XL.
