Model Kymberly Marciano recently moved on from her Beverly Hills home. But she collected $12 million from the former owner of a hockey team on her way out the door.

Marciano—who was once married to Guess clothing co-founder Paul Marciano—sold her Los Angeles-area mansion to former hockey star Paul Skjodt, who founded the Indiana Ice. The French Country-inspired residence dates to 1988.

Spanning 7,405 square feet, the spacious manse is set up on a promontory and has sprawling views of the canyon, city, and ocean beyond. The home’s interiors feature a large living room with a wet bar, a gourmet kitchen with a center island, and a family room accented with a fireplace. Herringbone oak floors with dramatic grain enhance the shared living spaces.

The master suite is a fair-sized sprawler, and features  floors, a dedicated office space, two closets, and a private balcony. The bedroom is anchored by a majestic marble fireplace, and features a segmented tray ceiling and a period ceiling fixture.

Outside, the half-acre property extends to include a lush lawn, a covered lounge area, a dining space, a sports court, and a swimming pool and spa. It is located in the guard-gated Summit community.
