Television host Leeza Gibbons recently moved on from her Beverly Hills home, collecting $15.43 million on her way out the door.

The “Celebrity Apprentice” winner and former “Entertainment Tonight” co-host and her husband—writer/producer Steve Fenton—first listed the L.A.-area home in February for $18.5 million. The pair eventually settled for $3 million less than their original ask.

Spanning 6,570 square feet, the five-bedroom contemporary East Coast-style traditional house boasts classic-styled shared living spaces, with a family room, a living room, a large dining room, and a library/den all featuring a nostalgic veneer.

Crown molding, wood and tile floors, and five fireplaces add charm and a little overt craftsmanship. And if visitors aren’t impressed by the grand foyer with its curving staircase, the dedicated movie theater is sure to seal the deal.

The exterior living spaces are expansive, with landscaping that suggests classic American upscale suburbia. A lush green lawn separates the main residence from the two-story guest house, with a patio, outdoor fireplace, and sparkling swimming pool and spa filling out the grounds.
