Jami Morse Heidegger recently reduced the ask on her Malibu ranch down to $25 million.

The third-generation Kiehl’s heiress and her husband Klaus Heidegger originally listed the Los Angeles-area equestrian ranch for $55 million in mid-2017. Even though the pair originally planned to expand their main home to assist in the property’s sale, permit problems led them to simply slash their asking price.

Known as Palms of Malibu, the incredible 25-acre ranch features a main residence, a separate three-bedroom guest home, and a newly constructed nine-stall barn with ocean views for the horses. Elsewhere on the lot, there are also hiking and riding trails, fruit orchards, a riding ring, a tennis court, and a swimming pool.

Considering the Heideggers paid $2.6 million for the expansive property in 2002, it looks like they are set to make a return on their investment. In fact, the ranch is also available to rent for $100,000 per month.
