Pop music producer and songwriter Max Martin is looking to say goodbye to his Beverly Hills home. He’s looking for a buyer wanting to move into the home to the tune of $11.495 million.

Martin—who has won five Grammys for his prowess with a hook and a catchy melody—paid $3.45 million for the ranch-style home back in 2011. The home was designed and built by popular architect Paul Revere Williams in the 1950s, and is situated on .63 acres in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood.

At 3,793 square feet, the four-bedroom, five-bath home is relatively small compared to the towering mansions nearby, but it boasts original styling cues from the ’50s and ’60s that make it one of a kind. Updated with carefully selected modern upgrades, Martin’s residence manages to nestle in the magical space between old and new.

Classic elements, like geometric screens capping accent walls, meet with contemporary styling; check out the quirky kitchen complete with jade green cabinetry topped with undeniably modern white marble countertops. Stone accents and a garish brass chandelier also contribute to the individual style.

The open-concept living and dining space features glass sliders that lead to the exterior living space. Landscaping is quite lush and full, offering a little privacy for the pool and lounge area.

Martin has written and produced hits for several big stars including the Backstreet Boys, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, and Usher.
